We are looking for a highly-motivated and energetic HR Talent Partner to join our team! 

We are an Istanbul-based management consulting company and our motto is simple “getting things done”

We work with fast growing companies such as Technology, E-commerce, FinTech, Mobile Gaming companies; in brief from Start-ups to multinational companies and more.

You will;

• Responsible from end-to-end recruitment processes within a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Discover and have experience new online sourcing methodologies
• Build strong relationships with the companies we work with
• Look for opportunities to engage with potential candidates
• Source qualified candidates, review resumes and prescreen candidates
• Take an active role in redesigning HR projects

If you are; 

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree.
• 1-3 years experience as an HR Professional
• HR experience in the following areas: organizational design, performance management, business consulting, coaching and development, talent management, organizational development.
• Experience working as a management consultant, working with external clients (is a big plus)
• Hands-on project management and operations experience.
• Technology enthusiast, forward thinker, hardworking.
• Passionate about start-up environment.
• Curious, ambitious and a good team player.
• Fluent in English
