As Marketing Director of Kolektif House, you will be responsible for making the dreams come true. The right marketing team leader will be a generalist with experience in brand building, PR, digital user acquisition, and marketing-focused events to drive business growth and to implement the systems and processes to ensure programs are measurable and delivering on expectations. The right “Kolektifli” will have a depth of knowledge on defining members of Kolektif House’ personas, building assets and campaigns to influence these targets, and delivering creative programs that ultimately deliver new members, drive retention, and help achieve aggressive sales, retention, and revenue targets.

What You Do

 

  • Help build the vision and strategy of member engagement marketing initiatives to accelerate the growth of the workplace business
  • Responsible for developing, planning, and executing strategies to drive guest engagement and improve engagement & retention of Kolektif House members
  • Own & manage cross-channel data-driven marketing lifecycle and ad hoc campaigns end-to-end
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in member user experiences
  • Own project management and cross-functional campaign development workflow with partner & stakeholder teams (e.g. Sales, Engineering, Interior Design, Event, Member Community, Kolektif Academy, Kolektif Enterprise)
  • Develop and be responsible for the strategic marketing plan to drive demand and grow usage across member and Enterprise customers
  • Build lead generation and account-based-marketing programs to source new leads, support named account lists, and engage customers after they’re onboarded
  • Partner closely with Sales to align on priorities, enable them to meet their business objectives, and regularly review performance
  • Drive impactful go-to-market launch strategies, including messaging, positioning, and PR strategies
  • Articulate and present strategy, progress, results, and data analyses/learnings effectively to stakeholders and the wider business
  • Support localization of member-facing campaigns
  • Conduct industry benchmarks and competitive research to influence decision-making and planning

 

About You

 

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with a focus on content marketing, brand building in a consumer-facing, fast-paced omnichannel companies
  • Solid track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale, B2C, and B2B experience and campaigns on cross-functional projects
  • An agile marketer who is comfortable with an evolving team structure, and willing and able to put on many hats
  • Exceptional project management and organization skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Results-driven marketer with proven quantitative and analytical skills; should be extremely comfortable with marketing-tech tools
  • Creative, methodical problem-solving skills with a focus on efficient execution while balancing big-picture thinking
  • Proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing programs/processes
  • An eye for user flow & visual design
  • Passion for content and user engagement
  • Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Good relationship management as you will engage with partners across several different functions as well as global marketing colleagues to be successful
