Pivony is a SaaS platform that helps marketers uncover ever-evolving customer expectations in a few clicks. Our platform provides key insights for businesses to spare them long hours of reading and trying to understand human-generated content.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is excited about Pivony’s mission to democratize AI for innovative and customer-centric marketers.

At its core, this role is about defining and understanding our consumers to help craft a multi-channel growth strategy and to execute. We are looking for a demonstrated ability to empathize with and understand consumers, paired with strong analytical capabilities and a desire to continuously test, learn, and iterate. As a key member of an early-stage startup team, your role will be both strategic and hands-on in nature. This role reports to the CEO.

What You Will Do

  • Build a vision for growth
  • Help craft our positioning and brand voice
  • Build & Lead the team that is responsible for online conversion from acquisition to trial to paid customer.
  • Partner closely with the whole team on organization growth strategy, experimentation and testing, and aligned reporting.
  • Achieve online revenue target, trial, and online user KPIs while improving onboarding and lifecycle experience through experimentation.
  • Strategizing and executing growth marketing campaigns via paid, organic, social, and search ads
  • Manage all aspects of SEO / SEM
  • Continuously A/B test and deliver new approaches based on the results
  • Conduct user research to develop a deep understanding of our customers
  • Deeply understand our users, what makes them keep using our product, what drives churn
  • Oversee content development, with the support of our content writer
  • Support partnership business development with potential partners

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, partnerships, and/or performance marketing role.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS with a solid understanding of the ecosystem and technical audiences we build products for
  • Deep understanding of digital acquisition channels (paid + organic).
  • Strong background in A/B testing, experiment design, data analysis, modeling, budget management, and reporting.
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience at a fast growing-startup is a strong plus.
  • Good understanding of Data Analytics software market is important.
  • Ability to aggressively prioritize the few things that have the biggest impact
  • Further understanding of today’s Machine Learning / AutoML market will be nice to have.

Bonus if you have partnerships experience and/or brand management experience.

Advanced level of English (written and spoken) is a must.
