Main Responsibilities:

  • Arrange shipment of goods to customers, manages, and processes customers’ requests. (quotations, orders, purchase assistance, payments, after-sale…)
  • Reaching to new customers and service providers and developing relations. Provide basic guidance on features and benefits, offer alternatives if needed.
  • Check order details to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Closely follow-up of orders from and to all origins/destinations with customers & service providers, co-ordinate between e-commerce sites and customers, identify changes in requirements and demand. Follow-ups customs clearance and delivery processes, Monitor customer payments and manage returns.
  • Receive customer complaints, solving problems in critical daily issues and managing exceptions.
  • Recruit, train and onboard new local service providers in new locations around the world and review performance of local service providers/hosts regularly.
  • Has a strong communication with local service providers, creates the related shipping documents (documents, preferences, invoices, shipment labels, etc.) and send shipment instructions to service providers/hosts.
  • Provide correct and full information to 3PLs and solves operational issues, analyzes 3PL performance, tracks invoices creates cost studies and reports for the services received, assures accuracy, follow-ups operational expenses. Perform discrepancy management for damaged and lost goods.
  • Monitors service performance and identifies opportunities to improve service and/or reduce cost. Analyzes opportunities, develops recommendations and implements process improvements that deliver results.
  • Close cooperation with IT and marketing, supporting promotions, seasonal and new item launches, contribute to Business Plan targets according to the objectives.

Requirements / What we are looking for:

  • MSc or BSc in the relevant field (preferably in Engineering, Supply chain or Logistics, Business)
  • Advanced MS Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English is a must,
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce/Customer Service/Supply Chain/Logistics is preferred
  • Strong negotiation & communication skills
  • Eager to learn, flexible, open-minded and team-work oriented
