We are looking for ‘’Account Manager’’ who takes responsibility for managing existing key&large corporate accounts and identifying new business opportunities within those named accounts & new potential clients and grow SubGen’s strategic client relationships. It is expected that the successful candidate will have proven track record in sales, partnership program, supporting key co-marketing activities and wil be well networked professional primarily in cinema, entertainment, finance & telco sectors.
Focus on new and existing sales opportunities that drive the expansion of the SubGen accounts.
Leads proposal and quotation process.
Participates in contract negotiations through entire negotiation process proactively working with the customer defining contract terms and successfully closing the sale.
Prepare and conduct periodic business reviews.
Ensure sales & distribution strategies in Key Account channels are implemented/ controlled & managed efficiently to achieve the business objectives of the organization
Coordinate the execution of sales and marketing activities, monitor sales budget, trade partnerships and key account annual agreements.
Create and maintain relationships with the business community primarily in cinema, fine-dining, entertainment, finance and telco sectors and act as the primary contact.
Understand and actively utilize SubGen’s products and services.
1-Proven track record in managing and winning major opportunities, with the ability to work unsupervised; ability to interact as a value-added team member.
2-Interest in mobile space, cinema and technology. Basic knowledge of cinema, fine-dining, entertainment, finance and telco sectors. Understanding and evaluating competitive services.
3-Ability to prepare tender documents and proposals.
4-Minimum 2 years of sales experience & B.A and MBA is preferred.
5-Monitoring industry trends, competitive landscape, and identify risks to the business, taking preemptive action to mitigate.
6-Ability to manage a long and complex sales cycle
7-Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Turkish and English, Good listening and strong presentation & powerpoint skills
8-Ability to collaborate with multiple levels and teams (Software developers, technical leaders, CEO, Sales & Marketing etc.)
9-Ability to maintain client database with accurate, up-to-date customer contact and account activity details, also develop and update account sales forecasts for products based upon customer requirements and product lead times
10-A passion for driving strategies; a strong personality with demonstrated leadership skills working in a small but very competitive organization; a strong presence and credibility established with the client base and internally.
